Position Title: Account Executive – Business Courier Services

Location: Houston, TX (Remote/Field)

Compensation: Commission (1099)

Overview:

Express Courier Houston is seeking a driven Account Executive to help grow our client base across the Greater Houston area. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with businesses, law firms, clinics, and offices in need of fast, reliable same-day delivery services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target businesses needing daily or on-demand courier services
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Present service plans, pricing, and onboarding process
• Negotiate service contracts with recurring delivery clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional needs
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly performance reports

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous B2B sales experience (logistics/courier preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with local industries (medical, legal, logistics, etc.)
• Self-starter with ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
• Reliable transportation for client visits

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Compensation:

• Weekly direct deposit

• Route-based pay or per-delivery earnings

• Flexible hours (day, evening, weekend shifts available)
